Osiel de Santiago
Osiel de Santiago is a Bloomington native, and proud father and husband. With routes stemming from Mexico, his core values, are family and accountability. Following in his father's footsteps, Osiel grew up on construction sites. He has developed a keen familiarity with the components of residential and commercial construction; Specializing in electrical work. Prior to pursuing a license as a master electrician, Osiel pursued a career in the medical field, working in hospitals and clinics as a medical interpreter and assistant. At that time, he and his partner were blessed with a beautiful child early in their lives, which led to a pivot in purpose.
Helping others has been and continues to be one of the best ways he can give back to his community. Osiel intends on serving and being the best electrical/contracting company in Bloomington and surrounding areas.Residential or commercial. No job is too big or too small.

Founded in 2020, Top Phase Electric has found its foundation in the dynamic field of construction here in Bloomington, Indiana. Having already served the community for over 7 years in different areas of construction, we saw the need for electrical experts who put the customer and quality workmanship first. With a team of professionals, we have been providing power to many homes and businesses, and continue to do so today.
